#5824 - Error on Submit Form
Just installed wtm and setup the form. testing and get error page;
do i need to leave the created from .html the same or can i change to simpler name. i tested both and got error on both.
Also, when first license purchased you customized for me that the form would only update existing contact records and not create a new one. it also verified two fields in the form to the existing record before updating. is that new standard functionality or do i need to get with you to add those same functions as in earleir install?

Hello Eric,
As shown in the screenshot you attached, when a user submits the Web Form, there appears to be a double slash (//) just before index.php. Could you please verify this on your side?
Also, could you please check the log files to see if any errors are recorded related to the WebForm submission?
If you’re using WebToModule on SuiteCRM 7.*, then the package we provided should work correctly. However, if you are using SuiteCRM 8.8 or above, I will need to include the customizations (such as preventing record creation) that we developed for you and then provide the updated package.
