Can I update records instead of new?

We include a unique number for the customer to enter and we update exising records with the unique number and the last name mathing an existing record. We import all the valid contacts and use the from for them to provide additional information. We do not want the form to create a new record.

We have about 30 custom fields in the contact record that we want to update/populate via the form.

Here is our general use. We provide a way for the Clerk of the Court (local court system) to send text messages to Jurors telling them when and where to report for Jury Duty. We do an import of about 300-400 potential jurors into Contacts (we rename this Jurors). The Clerk sends a letter to the 300 potential jurors that includes a QR code to fill out their Juror Information Form onliine. We want to capture the Jiuror Information and update the Contact record. The verfication of the uniqure number and last name is to reduce unauthorized persons from submitting the form.The form also offers the opt-in to recieve text message notices.

I can email you a sample of a clients PDF form and a screen shot ot the contact screen if you would like

The extension we are using now works fine. But it is not as easy to format the form as using Jotform.

Thanks you for the reply! Is that an enhancement that is possible? I would be interested. I am currenty using WebToModule and work fine. But I also use JotForm and would appreciate the extra flexibility of JotForm. I have one existing client and two new, not implemented, clients and a few more to follow.

Cant send sms to list view all selected records

I have this issue in production. Filter Contacts is a total of 67, but only the 30 on the first page are sent. Need help with this.
