I have a form that works fine on larger screens. On a smaller/mobile screen the check box to opt in to receive text is hidden/block behind the footer. I tried to edit the spacing in the HTML editor after hitting Publish but no changes I make are saved with SAVE FORM.

the Field label is at the bottom "Receive Jury Notification by Text. It is a check box.

    It looks like, there is an unwanted div in the checkbox field. Please see the attached screenshot for reference. Please remove that DIV block keeping the input type as it is. issue.png
