I recently got us up and running on version 8.7, and my agent wants to use this plugin; however, I get errors when trying to import the module.
The pricing page says 8 and higher, but the about page says 8.6 on the supported version.
Is there a way to get this running on 8.7?

I decided to go back to 8.6.2, it let me install the plugin, but I am having trouble with the SID and installation.
Is it the twilio account SID in the configuration page, but the twiml app ID in the user profile? I have tried both in both spots without luck.

Yes Twilio Account SID we need to provide in Twilio configuration page in the Admin panel. In this page you need to provide Twilio Auth Token and Twiml App name as well. In profile page, provide Twiml App SID.
Apart from this you need to add "@twilio/voice-sdk": "^2.11.2", in package.json file. Please follow 5th point mentioned in https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/twilio-call-extension/installation-suite8-guide our documentation
Once added, please click on Rebuild Twilio Call Angular Files from Admin Panel or perform yarn run build-dev from your docroot.
