Restricting Tag for specific field of a module is not possible by default. But if you want for a specific predefined field tags should be restricted, we can do that. In order for having tags in systems, There is a process which if followed you can have tags imported in system. 1) First import the tags in the system first. 2) While importing the records, for the tagme field, have the relevant tags in a comma separated value. So you will bind those tags to the record. It does support custom module.
