#3139 - WorkFlow issue
In the workflow, when I choose: Action - Send SMS Sms to - Related field -> which fields should be displayed to choose? I need to send SMS to the Mobile Number in some record (Cases) and I can not choose this field.
Can you please assist?

You can select module’s related/linked record here(The parent/related module must have the ‘phone_mobile’/’phone_alternate(Accounts only)’). For more detail you can go through the documentation

Hi, I have related records in the module that the WorkFlow is working on. I can't choose the related fields. Attached screenshot for you to see. If this is not clear, please send me an email and I'll provide a video/ schedule a short meeting.
