Hello, the email you have on file is with a person that is no longer with the company. Can you please send the email to ndeorajh@wysemeter.com as I have taken over the responsibilities.

I am having the same problem. It would be helpful if you answered common questions here rather than in private emails. Then we could help ourselves.

So how to you upgrade when there is no 'uninstall' option? I assume if you uninstall, the tables are not removed, so we do not have to reenter all the restrictions manually?

Thank you for your suggestion — we understand the intention to make solutions available publicly. However, in this specific case, sharing full technical steps in a public comment section is not recommended, as the resolution can vary based on each CRM setup and may involve direct database changes or server-level access, which should be handled carefully.

That said, here is the general and safe explanation of why this happens:

After upgrading SuiteCRM, the Uninstall button may not appear in Module Loader if SuiteCRM is unable to correctly recognize the module’s installed metadata. This is a known behavior and can occur due to one or more of the following reasons:

    1. Manifest incompatibility The module’s manifest.php may not fully align with the upgraded SuiteCRM version. 2. Missing or mismatched Module Loader records In some cases, SuiteCRM’s internal records (such as upgrade_history or module_installer) may not be updated correctly after an upgrade.

Because resolving this may require: - Verifying module manifest files - Running repair operations - Checking internal installation records - Ensuring correct file permissions

we handle these steps privately, to avoid accidental data issues or security risks.

Important clarification about upgrading: You do not need to uninstall the plugin to upgrade it. Simply would have to follow the SuiteCRM upgrade steps, and your data, tables, and restrictions will remain intact.

If you would like us to review and fix this for you safely, please share your CRM access details with us at support@appjetty.com, and our team will assist you directly.

We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help — both publicly for general guidance and privately when deeper technical work is required.

    Best regards, AppJetty Support
