#3013 - All field shows no access

Hi Support,

After installation of the add-on, all the fields in all module shows no access when trying to create a new record. And there are no permission was set to any role yet.

So we create assigned some permission to some module to a role and attached that role to user, it still showing no access.

Could you please help or guide where we should look into? As it seems that add-on couldn't read the access level permission.
