In your screenshots you show a history of the back and forth between the contact and the sms number : https://store.suitecrm.com/assets/img/addonassets/sms-integration-with-suitecrms/Conversation%20Views.png . This is not a feature that we have in your plugin. Can you please advise and/or send me a copy of your latest?
