#798 - Group Exporting

When I export from a group as a regular user I get a messaging saying 'Exports Disabled'. It works if I'm a system Admin. What needs to be configured to allow users to export from groups. The export column in the Role is set to 'Not Set'.

    For that user's role(s) edit the Export column for that module and grant the appropriate rights. You can verify after doing this if the user has rights by going to the User record in SuiteCRM and clicking on the Access tab. This role grid is the ultimate result of any and all roles associated to the user or user's groups and determines the rights the user has.

    Any time changes are made to a user's roles that user will need to log out and back in for the changes to go into effect.

    The user has ALL selected for Exporting Groups and she is the Creator and the group is assigned to her. Where else could it need to be configured? Is there a system setting to disable Exporting? (I'm referencing one user but it is the same for all Regular Users.

      Is she trying to export Security Groups? That may not be supported. What's the intention or need with exporting those groups?

    I meant Target List. She is creating a target list and needs to export to excel. Very Sorry

      Are you on Suite 7.9.7? Did you upgrade SecuritySuite to this version yet?
