    I can help here. Unfortunately something with SuiteCRM and permissions caused the uninstall to operate correctly. In this case, I recommend downloading a clean 7.15.0 instance of SuiteCRM and then replacing some core files. There is a short guide here for doing this: https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/securitysuite/uninstallation-guide
