New version of security suite is not getting installed. Even after it shows the process is completed.

Is it that it doesn't show as installed in Module Loader after the installation completes? If so, SuiteCRM can act oddly like this at times. Usually this comes down to file permission/ownership issues. However, if you aren't receiving any notices that the SecuritySuite version doesn't match the SuiteCRM version (it would be obvious) then I would recommend ignoring this until the next time you go to upgrade.

I have installed it with a admin user. You are right it is not showing in the module loader whether the new versioni is installed or not.But I check the admin section it shows it has the suite installed, Also it doesn't show security suite management if i goes under roles assignement . Screenshot is attached.

Make sure to run these three steps from the Admin->Repair screen in SuiteCRM:
Then look under roles again to see if the subpanel now shows.

I tried with all the mentioned things above but still after the install security group field/section is missing in the role management and user management module.

3.1.30 has just been released and is available in your downloads. This addresses some PHP issues on specific instances.
If this doesn't resolve the issue for you, are you using a custom theme, by chance? If so, which one?
