well, it is not convenient for us to pay by visa, and annually ,need to reimbursement ,need to be leader approve so that is the reason we consider to buy it at once

Completely understandable. It probably does not help too much, but the store does offer direct bank transfers for yearly subscriptions. Those renewals are invoiced out 30 days prior to renewal each year giving time to process and get approval on your end. If that is of interest, I suggest reaching out to Jessica at SuiteCRM Store for setting that up.
