#332 - Can´t install module
Hi, i've bought this extension and when i install it, I get the progress bar to 100% but it doesn't redirect me to the licence key validation. In addition, the module is still in the module loader installation zone and not like an installed one (but it seems to be installed because when i go to administrator, I can validate the key and see the features). But the worst, the "Create" column doesn't show up in the role editor so none of my users can't create anything. Please I need some help as I installed it in te production instance! Thanks

When the module doesn't show in the installed section that means that file permissions and ownership on the server prevented the installation from fully completing. My suggestion is to address those on the server and then try installing it again. This script can be a helpful starting point for doing that: http://www.shanedowling.com/sugarcrm-permissions-script/
After installation you may need to go to Admin->Repair and do the following three steps, since the install had issues:
After all of this has been completed you should be up and running.
Hope this helps!

I've run this script and installed again (I can't uninstall it because it's not shown as an installed module in module loader) but i'm still facing the same problems. The column "Create" is still not showing in the role setup.

The Create column will show after running an Admin->Repair->Repair Roles.
It looks like the installation just isn't completing for you. The script is only a starting point. It would need to be altered for your specific server environment.
There may also be some hints in both your suitecrm.log (in the root SuiteCRM folder) and in your server's PHP or Apache logs. Something is causing the install not to complete.

Sorry I'm the same person with a different account. It seems that the Repair Roles function is not working for me asi it shows only a few modules (one per time I click "Repair Roles"), how can I fix it?

I think that's the same issue that is preventing the installation from completing. You will need to check your logs. Both the suitecrm.log and the server PHP/Apache logs. There should be a clue in there on why it is stopping.
Sorry! Sometimes servers just have weird issues like these that are due to the environment it is on.

Just checking in to see how things are going with this. I'll close this case out for now, but feel free to comment if anything else comes up.
