#1439 - SG doesn't work fine for us

In Progress Bug? created by info50 6 years ago

We can't get users to edit other users when they have permission to edit their group in the user module.

Then, when we remove some user from roles, he can see the security gorup assing pannel in the bottom of listview, but then we assing roles to their group or to he itself and he can't see the pannel to asign groups in listview.

    Hello,

Could you please send a screenshot of your SecuritySuite Settings page along with the user's Access tab that displays the role grid to solutions@eggsurplus.com?

For the 2nd issue, is this user an admin user or have Admin & Studio rights set up in one of their roles? That could be the issue there.

Please also send over a list of any modules installed in Module Loader. Sometimes there could be conflicts with other modules.

      Thanks!

For the 2nd issue you are right, it happens because it is set admin rights in the roles. If we set just developer rights that panel is usable.

This case is public. Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
