    Hello Joetcw,

    SuiteCRM 7.12 has decrypted some default functions. We have uploaded updated zip for 7.12 Version of SuiteCRM.

    Can you please first uninstall the zip from your SuiteCRM which you have installed. After that Download the Updated zip from SuiteCRM Store which is compatiable with SuiteCRM 7.12 Version and Install on your SuiteCRM.

      BTW, this plugin changed the default layout of the Report module.

      Apologies for the problem you're facing for the Report Module.

      We have updated the zip on SuiteCRM Store with the Report Module issue fixes.

      Can you please first uninstall the zip from your SuiteCRM which you have installed. After that Download the Updated zip from SuiteCRM Store which is compatiable with SuiteCRM 7.12 Version and Install on your SuiteCRM.

    Hello Joetcw,

    Did you Repair & Rebuild the SuiteCRM after the Installation of Report and Dashboard Extension?

    If not then please do the following steps, 1) Login to SuiteCRM->Admin->Repair->Quick Repair and Rebuild 2) Login to SuiteCRM->Admin->Repair->Rebuild Javascript Languages

      Hello Joetcw,

      Our Extension doesn't support the Campaign Module because Report and Dashboard having the Condition Block of Primary Module and Subpanel Module.

      We're getting the list of Subpanel Dynamically based on the Primary Module Selection and Campaign Module having some Subpanel likes Trackers URLs, Email Marketing, Message Queues, Survey Responses, etc. This Subpanel doesn't get the fields for Condition Dynamically that's reason we didn't considered the Campaign Module for Report and Dashboard Extension.

      You can share your requirement for the Campaign Module means what kind of Reports you want to generate for Campaign Module so our Tech Team will review it and if it's possible then modify the Extension for you.
