I am curious if this might be a solution for us. We want to be able to have reminders for team until a task is completed in some cases. Or if a lead or opportunity is still open. What might be some options with this? Is this a good fit? Is there an option for reminder sent until task is completed? Or would instead be something like multiple reminders set for a task. Like after 1 days send notifications. If after 3 days, After week. etc?
Also is this independent of workflows? Sometimes they seem to be troublesome.
