#4218 - Few Questions before purchase.

Closed General Question created by markkhan 2 years ago

Almost a year ago I tested this integration. Following were the issues that I faced and dropped it. Just want check if these thinks can be managed now.

  1. Quickbooks API Key used to expire in every 24 hours. Is it still same or we can have integration done one time and go with it.
  2. Does this module support recurrent invoices now. For example if I want module to create new invoice and send it to Quickbooks every month.
  3. Does the module still only sync the invoices in QB or it also send command to QB for sending the invoice. For example if a invoice is created will we have to go to QB and manually send it out or it will be sent automatically.
  4. Does it mark invoices paid if they are paid on quickbooks.

Thank you

Here is the answer to your questions 1. Are you referring to API tokens? This is a one-time configuration, and the token will be automatically refreshed. 2. Recurrent invoices are not supported 3. All invoices are synced from SuiteCRM to QB (on save or cron). Email invoices are handled by QB, not API. For e.g. in QuickBooks Select Automatically send emails should be configured 4. Yes this will get updated to SuiteCRM by automated cron sync
