Hey,
Could you please confirm that you have followed the below instruction?
- Open the Administration panel by selecting Admin from the dropdown at the top right-hand of the SuiteCRM screen.
- Select User Management to view user accounts and click on the particular user who has an authorization issue
- Make sure the User Type field is set to System Administrator.
