#1953 - Connect to QuickBooks button does not work

We recently upgraded our server from PHP 5.6 to 7+.

Installed QuickBooks_SuiteCRM_Integration-php5.6to7.zip.

Also upgraded Suite CRM to 7.11.4.

Under Admin -> Suite QuickBooks Integration -> Control Panel we are asked to Connect to QuickBooks. When we click the button, nothing happens.

We had this all working in the past, but it is now broken.

Your assistance in troubleshooting this issue is appreciated.
