Hello,
It's default SuiteCRM 7.7.9 Version errors.
is it possible to give us CRM access, FTP Details and Database Access if you don't mind.
If yes then please share us on "info@varianceinfotech.com".
So we can check & give you the clarification that it's not because of our plugin.
