Profile scores allow customer-facing teams to prioritize and pay attention to significant (potential) customers.
#1962 - Profile Scoring applied to Employees
We are interested in this plug-in, however, we need it to score our employees (sales people), under 3 independent topics:
1) Opportunities referred based on amount (i.e. John Smith referred between US100K-US200K then John will get 3 stars, if between US200K-US300K then 4 stars and if > US300K then 5 stars
2) Knowledge Articles written and accepted (i.e. John Smith wrote 5 articles but only 3 were accepted then he will get 3 stars, if between 3-6 articles then 4 stars and >6 articles then 5 stars
3) Score given by our customers (i.e. If 3 customers rated John as follows: Customer1 -> 4, Customer2 -> 5, and Customer 3 -> 3; the John will get the average number os stars (4)
Is feasible to customize the plug-in to do this?
