I think an interesting solution would be also to add an "And/Or" option to the individual condition. https://prnt.sc/kntumz
This way, it could also include all the use cases of the "combined condition". The addons user interface would be also much more self-explanatory. Its current state, with the "feature" that multiple conditions can be active, some use cases (described in the comments above) are solved in a very complex and not intuitive way.

Hello,
Adding Conditional Operator "Add/OR" in Individual Condition is not logically correct way because score will be added condition wise in Individual Condition. In Combined Condition, we have only one score for all condition.

At the moment we need to create several condition records to simulate a "OR" for the "individual condition"
Quoting Variance InfoTech Pvt Ltd (https://store.suitecrm.com/support/profile-scoring/1361) : "Because Right now we've "individual condition" which consider AND Operator for each condition as each has own score. So as per the design we will consider ONLY if all condition in "INDIVIDUAL" satisfy than only we are calculating a score."
The "individual condition" is working partly like a "combined condition” and can be converted fully to a combined condition” if the “AND/OR” option is added: The user has to enter only one score of several and the other score fields can be left empty or zero can be entered: https://prnt.sc/kr8kkg
In the example above the combined score would be 80.
This would make the current workflows much more understandable and save the hassle to create several condition records to simulate a "OR" for the "individual condition”.
Would be nice if you could consider this feature in your future releases

Hello, Your solution is right.. but to avoid such problem we added option of "Duplicate" to avoid this problem. To implement Score at each individual condition level than we do not have option to provide some customer's a solution where they needs to calculate score for following condition. LeadStatus = HOT Score [15] - Add LeadSource = Email Score [10] - Add So if above 2 condition satisfied than it will calculate score = 25 otherwise it will not calculate the score. Some customer required this so if we add "AND" and "OR" than which Score we have to consider from 15 or 10 above.
