Individual Condition: If there are two conditions: Only 1 condition is adding or subtracting to the score and not the other one.

In the new release, if there are two conditions (for example add, sub or add, add) and only one of them matches a value in the record, the score is not calculated (if both match the score is calculated correct). Example CRM Contact: Name John Smith; Fax number 212 Profile Score Conditions: 1) if name equals John Smith add 60; 2) if Fax value equals 211 add 20
If the Fax number is 212, score is not calculated, if value is 211 score is calculated as 80

1) First Record of Profile Scoring : Combined Condition -> Score equals to 20 Conditional Operator -> OR Fields Condition -> Name equals to John Smith OR Fax equals to 211
2) Second Record of Profile Scoring Individual Condition Fields Condition -> Name equals to John Smith -> Action is Add -> Score is 80 Fields Condition -> Fax equals to 211 -> Action is Sub -> Score is 30
If condition match in First Record of Profile Scoring then score will be 20 if Condition match in Second Record of Profile Scoring then score will be (80-30) 50
Total Score is 20+50 = 70

Ok I posted 2 separate issues into 1 case, let me clear it up:

it's not about the AND/OR operator** the individual condition does not calculate the score**. If not all conditions match the score is not calculated
If the fax number does not contain 211, the score is not calculated at all. => this is a bug If the fax number contains 211 score is calculated as 80 as it should be.

Because Right now we've "individual condition" which consider AND Operator for each condition as each has own score. So as per the design we will consider ONLY if all condition in "INDIVIDUAL" satisfy than only we are calculating a score.
In case above if it will satisfy both condition below than only it will calculate the Score for Individual condition. Example CRM Contact: Name John Smith; Fax number 212
In your requirement if you can create 2 Record of condition than it will work.

That works but it is very cumbersome to create all the separate Condition Records, because there is no duplicate function for Condition Records, so the new Condition Record must be created and filled manually from scratch. Also, the Profile Scoring Section could be different in each Condition Record but which one is used? https://prnt.sc/kntrur

I think better we provide an option to do a Duplicate Condition. If we will provide AND/OR Option in Individual condition than it will create problem of calculating Score. As we already have an option to create new condition for that. We will provide an option of Duplicate condition check and reply back to you.

I think an interesting solution would be also to add an and/or option to the individual condition. In that way, it could also include all the use cases of the "combined condition". The addons user interface would be also much more self-explanatory. Its current state, with the "feature" that multiple conditions can be active, some use cases (described in the comments above) are solved in a very complex and not intuitive way.

Hello,
Adding Conditional Operator "Add/OR" in Individual Condition is not logically correct way because score will be added condition wise in Individual Condition. In Combined Condition, we have only one score for all condition.
