#5088 - unable to access profile

Hi, after installing the module, I'm not able to access the profile for any of the users, in the web console I see this error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined sugar grp emails.js?_YXH1xuv5C2Uu0Dg:443 (reading "id') at Object. setSugarFoldersEnd (sugar gup emails js?-xuv5C2Uu0Dg: 443:715) at Object. success (sugar gup emails js? xuv5C2Uu0Dg:772:271) at Object. handleTransactionResponse (sugar grp1 yui. js?v= xuv5C2UuDg:31: 4449) at sugar grp1 yui. js?v= xuv5C2Uu@Dg:31:3935 I tried a quick repair but no luck. I tried also to remove the module but nothing change, no more access to user profile

    Hi, We have been checking the error that you mention, but when installing the package in a new crm completely empty we have not found the error and the add-on works normally. For the resolution of this error we would need some more screenshots of what is happening or if you wish we can do a support meeting to resolve it. Let us know what you prefer and in case of a meeting we will email you to arrange a date and time.

    Hi, When I install I do not see any error. When loading a user profile the page is blank, I notice that the problem is the new Panel Office365, if I remove from the layout the button to connect to 365 the profile is loaded. The only error is in the java console.

    Hi, we have tested in other crm with this add-on and if you let us load user profiles, the error may be due to another add-on or some customization that conflicts, we can work on it with you, but we would need to meet to see in more detail that fails and to adjust the add-on to your needs, we send you an email to make an appointment.
