Hi there !

We are running your module on a trial basis. A CRM user has been synced with an Outlook 365 Account - Meeting sync is working - Contact sync doesn't. Did we miss extra-setting ?

    Hi,

    Check if you select the option to synchronise contacts in the profile in the office panel. Syncrhonise_contacts.png

    Hi, Thanks for your reply Indeed, I've checked that option (see below). We ran a 7.7 version of SuiteCRM. Could it be an issue ?

    Good morning,

    If you have it selected, you must go to the contact you want to synchronize and in the edit view check the box in the office panel. editview.png

    If you have this plus the profile activated, it should synchronise correctly. If it still doesn't work, let us know and we will check if there is a problem.
