#5251 - Suite crm 7. Unsuccessfull license key verification

I have - installed the moduled as in this guide - copied the license key, and click verify, but it just show a rotating gif, and it then doesn't proceed to verify at all.
I had followed step 3 in your guide . until this step "Step 3) After validate successful, ...."

My setting : - Suitecrm version 7.13.2. I have tried it in 2 instances and no success - plugin MTSNotification_1.0.2.zip, ; I have tried the other 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 as well with no luck.

      Ok. thanks for your increasing support.

      I have just now tried with MTS Subpanel record counter - install : successful - license : hit "validate" fail. It just blinked and doesn't go anywhere

      I am putting so much hope on this plugin to work; due to its simplicity. Please at least make sure it is working in validating.

    Hello,

    I've successfully tested the functionality on my end for both of our add-ons, and our clients have also confirmed successful validation. Could you please check if there are any restrictions or proxies preventing requests from your server? If not, it would be helpful if you could provide the SuiteCRM log for further analysis.
