#3687 - Mautic activities are not pulled

We are not able to get Mautic Activities under the contact. Below is a snippet from error logs.

Can you please check your code and update us on how to address this. We think this is breaking the mautic flow as the points are not being updated by the actions.

Here is the subpanel under that contact. it has a lot of history in Mautic.

Thank you John for your message. Can you provide the Mautic, SuiteCRM, Integrator and php version for each instance and the version of the installed CRM package and Mautic integrator plugin that you use?

From the attached screenshot, we noticed that there is no access to data related to Mautic integration (No Access label) on the currently logged in user. Please grant yourself access to these items according to https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/mautic-suitecrm-integrator/configuration-guide (CRM Plugin -> Step 1: Mautic License Management) - example with user Jim Brennan who has been added accesses. Please let me know if everything is OK after this.

The error logs shared in the Original post are on the Mautic server. CRM and Mautic are on different Servers. What i also see is that the CRM type field is also not populating.

This user has a lot of history and activities under his contact in mautic. On the CRM sidet the activities are not being pulled. You can see the screenshots with authentic user.
