#3435 - configuration issue after installation

Hello, Thank you very much. We were able to finish configuration properly.
Now we do have another question. We have roughly +8.000 contacts in SuiteCRM not including leads. These 8k contacts have emails and are not duplicate. Attached a picture of the query directly to the database of SuiteCRM. The issues is that Mautic only got 1.403 contacts sync from SuiteCRM. What could be causing this? no error on mautic no error on Suitecrm log. We are syncing leads and contacts. Is it the sync only to contacts and leads created_by = id of user selected on the installation? If it is this, we still have +3k contacts for the user we installed license. Let us know what could be happening or what should we check.

I forgot to add one picture. The picture shows we created the token, just in case the technical department wonders if we created it or not. But we have partial sync of contacts and leads, not all of them.

Hello, We do have two more questions: 1) We have several contacts fields on mautic that are not shown on the SuiteCRM connector (mapping fields setting). For example Gender, Type of Contact/Lead, and some others. You can check pictures. Attached picture of mautic fields, and pictures of SuiteCRM connector field mappings settings. You will see that Gender and crm_type are on the Mautic but not on the SuiteCRM mappings.
2) What happens if a Lead is converted to a contact? does the integrator track that somehow?

We have indeed noticed there are problems with version 3.2.0. We will try to find the cause in the coming days. There may be problems for now ((our plugin works fine with older versions).

Hello, Sorry for delay. Unfortunately, we have not yet resolved the problem. This issue affects version 3.2.0. We have to solve it internally and then we will update our integrator for everyone. I'll let you know.

We took another look at this issue.
** 1) REGARDING TO MAPPING FIELDS:**
Probably the cache related to API mechanisms was badly rebuilt. Therefore, the logs include this:
_Mon Apr 19 10:18:34 2021 [15454][1][FATAL] MAUTIC API ERROR, type: , code: 404, message: The response has unexpected status code (404).

Please do:
cd /var/cache/ rm -r * cd bin/console cache:clear bin/console cache:warmup
** 2) REGARDING TO SYNC ONLY PARTS OF 8K CONTACTS**
Please enter the edit view of unsynchronized contact in CRM. Please save the changes. Check if contact has been made in Mautic.
Converting a Lead to a Contact (assuming it has a valid e-mail address) causes the Contact to be synchronized with Mautic (not the Lead). According to the Contacts> Leads> Targets record hierarchy.
