Create documents in docx, xlsx (MS Office Word and Excel), odt, ods (LibreOffice and OpenOffice) and pdf format without MS Office or others plugins installed from any module and subpanel using templates.
#520 - Not working
The module has installed ok. however when I try to create a document it gets a blank screen. Running SuiteCRM 7.7.7. Would appreciate some help

Hi there,
Sorry very much for the delay in answering you. MMR has been tested in SuiteCRM 7.9.1 and works fine. There must be a installation problem. Please, review if the templates files exist in the "/document_templates" installation directory of Sugar. Also review that these files have the right permissions to be read from SugarCRM. You can also look at the logs of PHP and SugarCRM to see if it is giveing errors when generating the documents. Hope that helps.
