#4611 - Issues trying to Sync products

Hi guys, i'm having issues when trying to sync products from SuiteCRM to Magento 2.4.5-p1 I've follow the instructions, the module is installed in magento and SuiteCRM, Sync Products Cronjob is on, but still having this issue: https://www.screencast.com/t/hHX1YrhNMVx

    Hello Jose,

    we checked magento token permission for products,customers.Magento and provided the solution for this.Crm date format was causing issue for invalid api response, we fixed dated format issue in api and give the updated the package to client.we are We are waiting for dev instance from client to access file and reproduce,debug the issue
