#2767 - Wont accept login credentials

Hi, the chrome extension wont accept my URL and login details: "Credentials entered by you are not valid". I'm pretty sure the details are all correct, am I missing something?

The URL is https, which i have specified in the form and user details are Suite login details... It's licenced and the module is loaded, I am keen to test this with our implementation but am falling at the second hurdle, please help, thanks
