Hi
I've tried contacting you in all sorts of ways. I paid for the kanban add on on 1st November. I must have made a mistake when ordering and you are now taking the money multiple times.
I've been messaging and emailing for 24 hours with no response and yet you've taken money today for a product I've already bought.
Please can you urgently resolve.
