#3230 - Notification with internal popup
Good morning, we are completing the usability tests of the plugin in the trial period. We have verified that in order to make the names of the users to whom the note is addressed appear, they must be associated to the same security group otherwise they cannot be chosen (confirmed?). Does the possibility to mention a user in the note also follow some logic here? For example, out of 10 users I can only mention 4 and I don't understand why. Last thing is the internal popup notification supported? Because I see it only if a user is mentioned or if the user associated to the record is notified but does not appear to the user receiving the note.

Does the possibility to mention a user in the note also follow some logic here? - We can implement security group concept over here also.. currently its not.

I explain myself better: - when I send a notification to a user is currently notified only by email, not with a popup, correct? The popup can only be seen if there is a user mentioned in the notification text, correct? Currently it seems that I can only send notifications to members of a security group, is it a bug of mine or does it work like that?
