#922 - 30 day trial and Rightsignature
Hi i beleived i was enetering a 30 day trail but i seem to have been charged for full version. Also i send and email requsting the api key fom Rightsignature and have received no response. Been charged for app and can't even access the setting to test.

Hi,
You will be in trial period itself for 30 days, you can get refunds during that period. But we are sure you will not wish to refund once to check the plugins capabilities and features for sending contracts to different entities of CRM.
If you have applied for the API key, Rightsignature team would definitely get in touch with you and a lot one. If not please feel free to get in touch with them again via email or support.

Hi I have reached out to them on Twitter and have had no reply . Can I request a refund please as without the API I can't even test the software.

I agree to your concerns. They should have replied to the API request. Yes you can get the refund if you wish.
However you can try to ask for the API request from your company email address instead of gmail.com or other public mail provider.

I know this is not your issue but if they have non existent support it is likely not even the esign document solution I will wish to use.

Usually we have not saw such any such delays from them. Not sure what’s taking this long to respond.
Anyways, but the document solution is quite good if you get chance to test. Try asking for api key from you company email Id.

Yes you can get the refund. Cancel the subscription and you will get it.
