is there a pdf template is filled up automatically with suitecrm leads information and then sends to recipient for signature? or customer is every time required to fill all the fields inside template does fields auto populate and take some information from crm like name company name etc.

Hello, 1. If you are sending Rightsignature template from CRM, Upon choosing the template you will get the Merge Fields listed, which you can fill and send. 2. However you can choose the "Send CRM PDF Templates", this will parse the PDF Template with data populated from CRM, and then send it for signature.
For parsing fields on RS templates, we have shown the Merge fields to the user to fill it, As the merge field names and CRM fields name can differ and mapping simply cannot be assumed. I believe Option 2 will satisfy the needs here.
We have made customizations for many clients where they want the RS template to be sent at a click of a button with many of the fields parsed from CRM.

as you said you have made customization for clients does it cost further then a pricing of a module and let me know that how about right signature users pricing is is it not included in module pricing ??

Yes, the customization was additional, As there were many things involved then parsing. The Rightsignature price is not included with the plugin. Here is the Rightsignature pricing details

It is inclusive in the plugin. The PDF Parsing works the same as it does work for the built-in modules using PDF templates.
