#4395 - Get error 404 Not Found when pressing Download PDF
Hello, my boss has just downloaded & installed a trial version of this for me to try. I was able to add both modules for which I need to generate a pdf. For each of them, I successfully added them to the permitted Module list and was able to create a very simple PDF template. However, when I came to download the PDF from a record, for both modules, I got:
404 Not Found
nginx/1.14.2
The browser address said https://xxxxxx.org.uk/index.php?entryPoint=simbaPrintPdf
(xxxxxx replaces our url for confidentiality reasons)
One of the modules was a custom one, the other was a standard one – Cases.
I tried doing Download PDF for a module (Leads) that already works by default and this worked fine, ie the PDF was generated.

Hello, I've not heard back from anybody on this issue that I raised on Tuesday and am very keen to get it sorted. Just wanted to check you'd got notification of the issue? Jenny
