Email Sync add-on for SuiteCRM provides users a way to customize their personal email inbox to send, receive, view, and store emails for convenient retrieval and reference at any point in time.
#5293 - Regarding Email Sync
I wanted to confirm if this plugin would do this.
Scenario:
Staff use MS Outlook Web or MS Outlook client to send out emails to clients.
We want these emails to be added to the relevant contacts based on their email addresses "To" (when we send out to client) & "From" (When received from client).
If possibly we would like to exclude some internal domain emails (Internal Staff to Staff emails) from being collected/monitored but if that's not possible that's ok too.
Purpose:
To keep all client received/sent email trail inside SuiteCRM.
Please can you advise if it is possible using your plugin or advise what is can do (Limitations)?

Hi,
It is possible to configure SuiteCRM to automatically link emails to relevant contacts based on their "To" and "From" addresses. While plug-in primarily focuses on syncing emails with contacts, we understand the need to exclude internal staff communications from being monitored. Currently, this level of customization might not be readily available within the standard SuiteCRM configurations.
EmailSync Plug-in primary purpose is to sync all sent and received emails within the CRM system, thereby providing a centralized hub for managing client communications.
