Thank you for the quick response can confirm this resolves the issue on Admin --> LBL_MANAGE_LEADINGSCORING (Eg. https://xxxx/index.php?module=LeadScoring&action=scoring_settings).
We will do some tests during our trail period and let you know if we have any further questions.
Additionally do you know if this will also support PHP v8.1 & v8.2 as later on we will upgrade to docker image "bitnami/suitecrm:7.14.1"?

Depending on the solution.
On a side note we will soon be upgrading PHP to v8.1 & v8.2 so please confirm that any solution will also work in the latest PHP versions (v8.1 & v8.2) if it is in fact related to PHP version.

Your Question 1: Not sure where/what your repairSugarDB.sql file is from AND the error message returned is about what file? what is the error at line 7?
Answer 1: The repairSugarDB.sql was generated when I installed your plugin & did a repair of SuiteCRM & as you can see via step 1-2 that I am trying to import it into my SuiteCRM database.
The error line 7 is from trying to import repairSugarDB.sql into my SuiteCRM Database as indicated by "Step 2" (mysql -u root -p bitnami_suitecrm < repairSugarDB.sql) which I thought was pretty simple to understand as I gave you the exact steps/process I am following for importing the SQL file.
I assume that the "repairSugarDB.sql" would be very similar to the one generated from a fresh SuiteCRM using docker images I have supplied above as we didn't install any plugins etc that could adversely affect the database table structure.
If you need the "repairSugarDB.sql" I could email or skype it to you or any number of options but since this is a public forum I don't feel comfortable posting it here.
Your Question 2: If you have access to your database, phpMyAdmin?
Answer 2: As mentioned this is using the below docker instances so there is no phpMyAdmin available to me but I should be able to use mysql commands to view table contents.

Your Question 3: if the plugin is still installed could you also go to the Detail record of ANY Contact, open the Actions menu and select Send to Xero - could you tell me if you get the same error message?

To be safe I reinstalled the plugin & had an issue with the "Execute" button when I attempted "Repair" --> "Quick Repair and Rebuild" so I think that's the main issue.
1) So I copied repairSugarDB.sql to the MariaDB server 2) Ran the below command
mysql -u root -p bitnami_suitecrm < repairSugarDB.sql
ERROR 1064 (42000) at line 7: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ' <! <! <!
<

I am using docker images:-
docker.io/bitnami/mariadb:10.3-debian-10 docker.io/bitnami/suitecrm:7-daebian-10
Hopefully you can help assist in modifying the syntax for this version of mariadb so I can use the plugin.

Hi
The rotating circle is still going on my Google Chrome & it has been running like that for about 22 minutes.
I opened another browser Mozilla Firefox to check on progress & it did 2,916 records out of the 6,816 records that are in Active Campaign.
I logged into my Firefox browser so I didn't interrupt the importing process & all records appear to have the date created as "2020-09-10 09:53" & After refreshing every 5 minutes I don't see any additional records being added anymore.
Even though no items are being added the Google Chrome is still showing the circle so my guess is that either SuiteCRM timed out or something else any idea what we need to do to solve this?

I used a different Active Campaign user & noticed that it didn't have /api/3 in the API URL string.
I changed the API URL string & changed the key to another Active Campaign user & it seems to be doing something I am seeing a Rotating circle :-)

Sorry for not being unclear I was in "SYNCHRONIZE" & clicked "SYNC ACTIVE CAMPAIGN to SUITECRM" & got the
SuiteCRM Date Module name Created Updated Failed 2020-09-09 23:40:39 Contacts 0 0 0
(See original post for settings)
Before I ran this I did manually add a contact to Active Campaign so I know there is at least one new entry that needs to be added to SuiteCRM.
(I didn't attempt "full permission 777 recursively" since the "undefined" issue was already solved by repairing unless you think this might solve the manual SYNC issue)

Thank you that fixed the "undefined" issue by just "Repair" options you mentioned.. :-)
However I still cannot successfully importing contacts from ActiveCampaign to SuiteCRM.
Any ideas to solve that issue?
