Use Case Scenario
The user is working in Outlook desktop or Web Outlook - and sends an email to a contact with an email that matches a SuiteCRM Contact or Account. The CRM User sending the email from Outlook/Web Outlook has their email account configured as an outgoing and inbound email account in their personal SuiteCRM Email client settings.
Desired Outcome
Does EmailSync check the SENT folder on the email server for the User's mailbox (Sender of email) and then GET the email and archive to the CRM Contact matching the recipient's email address?

Yes, Our email sync plugin is designed to comprehensively synchronize with both the sender's Inbox and Sent folders. This procedure is intricately aligned with the recipient's email address, ensuring a seamless association with the appropriate CRM Contact.
Furthermore, I'd like to clarify that it is not limited solely to suiteCRM clients. It's not a requirement to send emails exclusively through the suiteCRM client. You can send emails using your preferred email, and our plugin will still capture and archive those emails. This functionality applies to both sent and received emails.
