#4213 - Sending email from Gmail does not sync to account history

So I have configured the plugin and gmail imap. However, if I initiate an email from Gmail to an address that is the same as that of the primary email in an account, I would expect that email to be present in the account history. But it is not. When then is the point of the plugin? It appears the plugin adds nothing to the normal imap sync native to CRM. It would seem that the whole purpose should be to use Gmail as the primary email interface, as the native SuiteCRM module is horrible and full of bugs. What am I missing here?

    Hi,

    Can you please confirm if the emails are syncing or not? Secondly, Please check schedular logs if the schedular is running after 1 min (or whatever the time you have set). If there is a delay despite the set value, it might be a misconfigured crontab issue. Please let us know if you need further help.
