Hello Daniel,
Thanks for using our add-on. In order to closed the popup, you need to clicked on the same icon from which popup is opened. I have attached a screenshot for you reference.
If you have followed that way and still get an error then please let us know the version of SuiteCRM you are using. Also, is there any external theme is installed?

Dear Team Urdhva Tech,
Our company is using SuiteCRM 7.14.4 with your plugin "Duplicate Detector" (and the default theme SuiteP), and we have the same issue. When a duplicate is found with the popup Windows, it's impossible to close this popup window.
Is it an issue ? Or, is there a special way to close this popup?

There's no "close" button (square with a cross) at the top right corner of the popup window.

Thank you for your help. After installing your plugin, I couldn't close the popup window, even when I clicked on the “i” button. I reinstalled the plugin once again, and it works now !
