Drag N Drop module helps CRM users to create new Documents and relate it to that specific record just by dropping the files into Drag N Drop sidebar widget. The user can upload multiple files at a time. Using Drag and Drop, users can create and relate a document in 2 – 3 seconds which usually take more than 15 seconds.

All the files we have uploaded over the past 4 months are now gone for every entry and I cannot find then anywhere.

Please can this be looked into urgently.

    Hi, Drag N Drop module only create documents. It won't delete any documents in the CRM. Can we have a zoom call? Please send an invite to rajkumar@blackant.io?

    There was an issue with the subpanel relation. "Repair and rebuild" fixes the issue.
