#3306 - get drag&drop frames twice on Menue after reinstallation
Hi After I reinstalled DragNDrop to solve issue #3211 I get the DragNDrop frame twice in sidebar. That happens just on accounts not on contacts. This Problem I have just in PROD environment but not in TEST.
I have no Idea where to remove the second frame in the file structure.
can you please advise me where to finde this in source code.

I support my customer with suitecrm. The customer is very restrictive with sharing from external to the system. so i ask you for another solution. can you tell me where the addon writes in during installation?

Hi Marcel, In the zip file, you can find a file called "post_install.php". Location path - scripts/post_install.php
I create the widget in the detail view using this file - modules/DragNDrop/public/dropzone.js. I inject the JS file using after_ui_footer hook.

it's a bit embarrassing, but contrary to my first description, I now have double drop windows in the TEST as well.
Can it be that this problem has to do with the customization #3211?

Hi Marcel, Is it possible to show the issue via team viewer on the Test instance?
I installed the latest version of drag and drop for some customers recently. I didn't receive any complaints.
Might be a conflict with third party plugins I guess.
