#2418 - Letterhead image in pdf template is only red x in docusign

I have our letterhead image embedded in our PDF template that gets sent to docusign. When you open the email link to docusign, the image isn't there, only a red x. I've tried resizing the image to different sizes to no avail. Docusign support just keeps telling me to rescan the document, and seems incapable of supporting API fed envelopes.

Hi Phil,

The embedded image should be publically available over the internet, Try providing the Live URL instead of localhost or something. Let me know how it goes.
