#2139 - Tons of temp and deleted files

I have your plugin installed on a suitecrm sandbox. I created only 2 maybe 3 leads with some docusigns attached just for testing. My VM crashed because the /tmp folder filled up with 60k temp files from your plugin. All of which are either the document itself (signed or unsigned) and the certificate of completion receipt. All 60k are basically the exact same doc over and over. My guess is because a few of those 3 test docs have gone unsigned so it keeps checking progress.. but imagine I go live in production. I will have thousands of docs out there in the unsigned process. At that rate, my datacenter network would be flodded with your API downloads and I would fill up a 20TB nas in minutes. I also noticed in the SuiteCRM uploads/deleted folder there are also a billion files a minute. So its downloading to temp, overwriting the actual attachment and deleting the old on every time it poles (which is 15 minutes on the scheduler). Something must be wrong here.

    This sandbox has been enabled for about 2 weeks now, with just those 3 test docs, and my SuiteCRM uploads/deleted folder has 400k files in it totaling 22GB, every single one is the exact same 3 PDF docs from your plugin.

    Hi,

    You are correct, there was an issue in the scheduler which caused the problem. I have made the changes and released a new version 1.2 for the addon. Please download the new version from the store.

    In regards to clean the files in upload/deleted please execute the below two Schedulers - Removal of documents from filesystem - Prune Database on 1st of Month
