I see a module called 'dashboard manager' with no documentation other than it's version 1.7 How can I tell if this is your dashboard manager?

Hello,
This doesn't sound like the default naming convention I use for modules of this app. If you go to Admin near the bottom of the page do you see any information there related to dashboard management?
