#3707 - Submodules in detail view are not showing any titles

I noticed that my submodules in a detail view does not show any titles. See the attached screenshot for reference. I am using:

Version 7.11.18 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

I already tried a repair and rebuild. What should I do next and how can I fix this?
