Hi,
After you create a contact and check the "Enable portal" checkbox, you will receive an email from the CRM.
In the email, you will see a reset password link. You should click that and set the password.

Yeah I got it to work but it really doesn’t seem like it’s worth it as I can do everything about the same if not easier with the website through my phone
