Hi, Can you explain more on this? Do you want to change the label on certain fields? Example: In the CRM, label name is "Status". In Portal, do you want to show the label name as "Your Case status"?

HI Raj, I am talking about the labels on the Dashboard. (Open Tickets by Priority, Tickets by status, etc.) or "forgot password" or the buttons for create, edit and so on.
